Ij3000
The touch screen of the Ij3000 allows operators to control the system with the touch of a finger and enjoy previously unimagined levels of convenience, productivity and versatility. The graphical user interface, with Set-Up Wizard, visually displays menus and commands so an operator can enter product identification in minutes. And batch codes can easily be changed during a run, without interrupting the production line.

The Ij3000 has a built-in high-speed Ethernet connection that permits networking with another site on the other side of the factory, or on the other side of the world. For multi-location manufacturing customers with constantly changing batch codes, this smart feature is invaluable for making changes and checking status. The system is designed to work with Web browsers (including Netscape and Internet Explorer), existing local area networks (device net, arc net, etc.), or wireless (radio frequency) using off-the-shelf converters.

Another smart feature of the Ij3000 is 24/7 monitoring and diagnostics. Operating on PCs, PLCs, and LANs, it can be used to obtain up-to-the-minute status and troubleshooting reports. The IJ3000 can even be programmed to monitor ink levels and provide an alert when the supply needs to be replenished.

Like all Diagraph ink jet printing systems, the Ij3000 is built to last, with minimal maintenance, even in hostile industrial environments. It provides reliable performance whether the temperature is 40 degrees or 104 degrees F. and whether the conditions are dry or wet. Indeed, the IJ3000 was designed and tested to withstand the daily washdowns required by FDA applications.

Developed primarily for printing alphanumeric information on corrugated cartons, the IJ3000 large character ink jet system can also be used to print on many other materials such as pipe, carpet, metal, glass and plastic.
