Norwood Marking Systems Appoints William Delmolino Director of Sales & Marketing

August 18, 2005 – Norwood Marking Systems announces the appointment of William Delmolino as Director of Sales & Marketing. Delmolino is responsible for leading the sales organization and pursuing marketing activities that build awareness for the company’s in-line coding and marking systems. He will oversee the development and execution of programs that target Norwood’s primary markets – the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, medical device, personal care and other industries.

“Bill is well qualified to take a leadership role with Norwood. He has extensive sales and engineering expertise in the packaging industry. He knows our markets and he understands our customers,” commented Larry Kulik, General Manager of Norwood. “Bill helps position Norwood for continued growth.”

Delmolino brings over 30 years of sales and engineering experience to Norwood. Most recently, he was Vice President Technical Sales at NJM/CLI (formerly known as New Jersey Machine). He also served as Product Manager for Print and Apply Labelers and spearheaded development of NJM/CLI’s RFID product line. Previously, he was Vice President of Engineering at NJM/CLI and prior to that, he was Vice President of Engineering at MATSI, Inc. He holds a Masters degree in mechanical engineering from University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He owns several patents, has published numerous white papers and is an accomplished industry speaker.
