Flanged Zipper One of the most commonly used zipper styles is the flanged zipper. A wide variety of products can be used with the flanged zipper. Zip-Pak's largest product line, Flexigrip® flanged zippers include profiles for a wide range of product applications - from thermoform to stand up pouch to INNO-LOK pre-zippered films. The flanged zipper is also available in Thermoform, Powder-Proof™, HI-TEMP™, Transverse Direction, and Specialty Zippers.

UltraSeal™ UltraSeal™ zipper offers a variety of benefits for specific form-fill-seal and pouch-making applications. UltraSeal™ creates greater value for your consumer products while lowering your production costs. TopZip™ zippers are applied across the top of the package in the cross-web direction on our AMI TopZip™ applicators and other vertical form/fill/seal packaging equipment.

Slider™ Zip-Pak has transferred its 50-plus years of experience to the development of Slider products that take ZIP-PAK® resealable packaging to the next level. ZIP-PAK® SLIDER™ can be easily opened and closed using the zipper slider, instead of pressing fingers along the zipper. Zip-Pak's QuickZip™ SLIDER™ is the first economical, high performance Slider created specifically for low-density poly bag converters. UltraSlide™ is the first ZIP-PAK® SLIDER™ specifically designed for form/fill/seal polyethylene packaging—to help you create the perfect resealable package for your product.

TopZip™ Products consumers use all the time—like frozen specialties and produce—deserve easy-to-use reclosable packages. TopZip™ zippers are applied in the cross web direction on the short side of the package on our AMI Equipment TopZip™ applicators, as well as on vertical form fill and seal machines produced by other major equipment manufacturers. Over the years, Zip-Pak's TopZip™ line has offered a wide variety of special features to manufacturers and consumers alike.

Webless Webless or "string" zipper provides an affordable alternative for a wide variety of resealable packaging styles—including wicketed poly bags, 3- or 4-side seal packages, and pillow pouches. Webless zipper is primarily sold into the poly bag converter market and is also widely used on horizontal overwrap equipment. Available in webless format, as well as flanged, the Easy Stomp™ zipper allows for an easy melt when crushing the ends of the profile. Also available in ATL140 Large Format and Specialty Zippers.

Zipper Tape Zip-Pak's Zipper Tape is the perfect resealable solution for low-density polyethylene (LDPE) packaging run on vertical form/fill/seal equipment. Our Perf Cap™ Zipper Tape adheres easily to the package through the use of a film-to-film seal, meaning no disruption of fill times. Zip-Pak's only non-resealable product offering, the EZ Open Strip™ facilitates the easy opening of packages without the use of knives, scissors, or other sharp objects.
