Air Knife Drying Systems Using precisely matched, high-velocity Paxton centrifugal blowers, our Air Knives can deliver from 10,000 to 40,000 FPM of air. The Air Knife Drying performance and service life is due in great part to the design and specifications of the centrifugal blower. Paxton has total systems expertise from its years of experience building the industry's leading centrifugal blowers and Air Knife systems. We have designed Air Knives for virtually every type of application.
Blow-off Cleaning Solutions Nearly every industrial knife application need has been met with our drying and cleaning systems in almost every major industry. Paxton systems can be designed for most industrial conditions, including inlet air temperatures up to 375°F, corrosive gases, minimal noise levels and tight space limitations.
Centrifugal Blowers Paxton's compact and efficient designs are second to none. Our Centrifugal Blower products weigh less than 30 lbs. without motor, and deliver air flows to 1,200 cfm, pressure to 100" H2O, and vacuum to 100" H2O (g) for true high performance. To achieve comparable output, the less efficient competing blowers require 10-25% higher rpm. This means substantially higher wear, maintenance, energy consumption, noise and overall cost compared to Paxton.
