Loma IQ3 Metal Detectors
Loma Systems is the manufacture of the only variable frequency metal detection system on the market. Variable frequency metal detection allows the user to tune the machine to specific frequencies in order to achieve the best possible detection of metallic contaminants. The Loma IQ3 and Loma IQ3+ with full color touchscreen offer ease of use and intuitive controls. They are designed to surpass the IP69K environmental standard for washdown applications. Loma manufactures a complete line of metal detection solutions for packaged goods, bulk flow, pumped products (such as sauces, slurries, or ground meat), and freefalling products such as powders.
Loma LCW Checkweighers
Loma Systems manufactures a complete line of checkweighing systems for multiple industries. With capacities up to 99 pounds, the Loma LCW is designed to fit nearly any application. The LCW features an intuitive 10.4" full color touchscreen display and are available with up to IP66 washdown and hygiene offerings.
Loma X4 x-ray systems
The Loma X4 family of x-ray systems are some of the most innovative on the market. The X4 series of x-ray systems are available for packaged products, bulk flow, and pumped applications. All X4 x-rays feature a Windows based, intuitive touch screen display for easy configuration and image analysis. X-ray equipment can detect metal, glass, stone, rubber, calcified bone, and a variety of other materials. The can create 3D images of a product and precisely pinpoint the location of the contaminant. Additionally, x-ray systems can replace multiple pieces of inspection equipment by incorporating checkweighing, over/under fill analysis, malformed product identification, and missing component analysis.
Data Communications and Traceability
All of Loma's equipment can be equipped with a variety of communications packages to suit the needs of their users. The IQ3 family of metal detectors feature the Performance Validation System, or PVS. This system allows the user to set the interval for performing performance tests to confirm that the system is functioning properly, and meeting the requirements of the customer. LomaEnet and Loma OPC are advanced communication packages that allow Loma equipment to be networked into a customer's facility. This allows the user to remotely access the machine, download reports, and remotely monitor the performance of the machine. The generation of inspection reports is key to meeting HACCP goals as well as regulatory requirements.
